Take Home Bleaching Kit Instructions

• Use your custom trays in the evenings.
• Add one small drop of bleaching material in each hole.
• Place it in your mouth, do not drink or eat while bleaching.
• Keep them in for 1 ½ hours each day.
• After 1 ½ hours take the trays out and brush your teeth and clean the trays with cold water only.
• Do not eat or drink anything that is Rich in color such as (Coffee, tea, or tomato sauce)
• While doing the bleaching and 24 hours after completion.
• Repeat the procedure every night for 2 weeks.
• For sensitive teeth use Advil or Motrin.
• You can touch up every 6 months for 2 to 3 days.
• Keep the extra gel in the refrigerator.
